Donavan Jones has owned and managed operations at DG Commercial Properties in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, since 1998. He is responsible for all daily operations, employee management activities, and the home construction company’s compliance with city and legal standards. Donavan Jones expanded his professional activities in 2017 by assuming the role of operations manager at Jabal Companies, LLC, a general contracting and land development firm in Raymore.

While serving in this position, he managed the ground-up construction of a Marriott Hotel at the New Kansas City International Airport. The project was completed on time and immediately met Marriott’s stringent quality and safety standards despite the project taking place during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Between 2009 and 2017, Donavan Jones balanced his work at DG Commercial Properties with several business ventures. He owned a series of successful residential and commercial construction companies and Century Global Holdings, Ltd., a capital platform for construction projects.

Mr. Jones studied business in Kansas City. He enjoys farming, fishing for trout, and making furniture in his free time.
